Martial Arts are extremely beneficial for success in other sports like football or soccer as they promote core muscle building, reaction and focus.

We provide training and competition opportunities in combat sports boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, physical fitness, Jui-Jitsu and MMA. Training and competing in combat sports allows boy and young men the opportunity to forge spiritual, mental and physical strength, resilience and the grit to help them throughout life.

Father’s Heart Combat’s mission is to provide a safe place for young people to train in a group environment. The team provides a community, a positive place to go and combat sports provide a positive outlet, an activity that encourages control and focus.
Father’s Heart Combat covers the cost of training, equipment and tournament fees for young people in need of a positive outlet, and a discipline that can keep them active, using their minds, and having fun.
