Every day on the mats, young people in Rockwood are learning discipline, confidence, and character. On October 23, we are opening the doors so you and friends can see that transformation up close.

Throughout the evening, students from all ages and disciplines will share what they have been working on. You will see martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, grappling, and jiu-jitsu. These demonstrations reflect the daily training that builds strength, focus, and resilience in our athletes.

You will also hear from families who are facing real challenges and finding support through this program. Their stories are honest and hopeful. They show why this work matters and how your involvement makes a difference.

If you are able, we encourage you to bring a friend, coworker, or family member who might want to learn about Father’s Heart Sports. A simple invitation can open the door for someone to join the mission and help us reach more youth in the Rockwood community.

Join us at 6:30 PM for tacos and time to connect. The program runs from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at Team Quest MMA 18206 SE Stark St, Portland, OR 97233
